I like the tuning too. Sounds like from the bass string going up it’s at the 1st? (Do), 5th (So), 1st (Do), 2nd (Re) of the scale. I like the range

Tuning is second string up a half step, bass string down 1 step

I love how full it sounds compared to a steel string banjo. To me it’s like the difference between an electric keyboard to a real piano. You have a great voice too did you take singing lessons ?
