I got this on 94 Xmas gift on my toploader nes, but never got the flute working on top of the world. Even the manual said to select the flute and press B when you have climber the highest tower in the game, it just never worked :\

I was 8 years old when I broke into Toys R US and stole a bunch of NES games... Rygar just happened to be one of those games. I Actually beat the entire game.

When I was a wee 5th-6th grader, I would use the Rygar music to try to teach myself to play my Dad's guitar. It's also probably the first thing I learned to play when I got my own electric a few years later. This video is awesome, he got all the best stage tracks.

Sick!! I love the track selection def my 2 favorite tracks and this game had a lot of great tunes! the best of its' time. I would go into sagila's cave and sit there or pause it for background music. it came to signify the sound of me overcoming... I will love these sounds forever. That was dope.. your a guitar god disguised as an a accountant or IT guy, sporting that tramp stamp ink and tan lines, caught me WAY off gaurd.. you can pick kid 👍👍👍👍... I can run through Rygar, one life and beat it 40 min. Zelda one life, one hour can beat it.. and Punch Out, knock out Tyson 2nd round TKO without getting punched.. those 3 games just talked to me, I put mad hours as a kid... I was determined to master them. Still trying to beat RC ProAm, Ghosts n Goblins, and Spy Hunter (no cheats) going on 32 years.. Thanks man for posting that. Hearing that theme is like a time machine just hauling me back to a better day an age.. keep it up 👍👍👍👍👍👍
