Klai's advice is great for the breakup question! I agree, cry into a pint of ice cream/wine/whatever your vice is whilst watching a sad movie or listening to a sad playlist, but also catch up with friends, join that new club, smash out that work project. Time is a good healer. Don't wallow in the past but have a good cry every so often if you need to

I find my curls are on point when my hair is shorter and left to dry naturally, as opposed to when my hair is longer. When it's longer, it's heavier so the curls can't form properly. But on the flip side, if I sleep on my curls, they turn into a knotty mess, so I brush them and I look like hagrid. I think having the right haircut for curls is definitely a start point, and knowing what conditions help the curls coil. I'm still working on the day 2+ curls that doesn't involve straighteners or a heavy duty hair band to tie up the crime scene!

I get my hair wet every morning but then brush and scrunch in curl cream and it air dries It gets shampooed once a week if even lol. Conditioner when it needs it eventually the cream builds up but it also washes out or dissolves pretty good with just water It’s shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, when we turn 19 we have the opportunity to choose to serve a mission. The place is decided through much thought and prayer from our prophet today! I will be serving in Italy Rome in a few months!! Hopefully that made sense to you!!
