Lavazza Fantasia Coffee Machine

I have a brand new machine (a present) but it leaks very badly. The water heats and come into the container in the front. How can I overcome this please. Hazel Shafran

My machine has no power. Plug is good. Does this machine have a fuse anywhere that can be checked and changed? Many thanks.

I had the fantasia coffee machine for almost 2 years with not one problem, but today my machine would not start! Yesterday I had my usual coffee with no problems so what's going on? I tried different plugs but I had the power so, really I do not understand what happened or what's wrong with my coffee machine. I cannot believe that it just happened because my machine is just "one day" of the warranty! Come on there must be another reason. O.o
