Tiger is an angle master,just angle your tank properly and sometimes you can even bounce American 90mm.

I dont have that much issue with the Tiger H1, it's fine where it is just learn to angle and shoot weakspots. The only tanks you should worry about then is anything is HEAT rounds or high caliber HE rounds like the KV-2 and M-51.

According to Otto Carius in his first experiences with T34’s on the Eastern Front they were a shocking and terrifying experience when they first came into contact. Nothing the germans possessed could pierce the sloped armour or do anything more than disable the gun until they learned that Flak guns worked as a temporary solution to how outclassed the germans were when their panzer I-III’s had too low a calibre to be effective against a T34. Otto does note that the KV series tanks were present and did pose a danger to “Tiger” tanks, but they were so rare to encounter that they could be discounted as an actual plausible threat to the operations conducted by Tank crews on the eastern front; nevertheless when they were encountered they “commanded a greater deal of respect” than the T34. The greatest enemy problem for a “Tiger” were Tank destroyers that were often hidden “magnificently” in the terrain.
