Good day. I came to this site to share something that might help somebody having a problem with this mower that I also had. I've had mine for 2 years and I started encountering Wheels falling off. I picked up some axle nuts from The home Depot size 5/16 in and slipped the wheel back on the axle and pushed the axle nut onto the axle and then tapped it to snug it up with a hammer. Although the wheels have stayed on and seem to work fine I always keep a couple of axle nuts on hand as they are very inexpensive. I hope this helps other people that are having the same problem. Lastly, although the rear axle seems tighter I successfully used the 5/16 inch axle nut on the rear as well.

Can I suggest you mow the other way. Starting closest to the outlet and then working your way out towards the street. You won't have to fight with the cord as much.
