How long does the battery last until it needs to be charged again?

So far I’ve been super impressed. I’ve used the vacum on high for over an hour and still had juice, so I can’t give you an answer. I wouldn’t recommend the vac for large lawns, unless you’re very patient and don’t mind emptying a messy bag. I live in a corner townhouse (3 mature trees) and it’s perfect.
