Hi l really need help with choosing a Ryobi Sander l sanding all of the skirting boards in my house and they got little lines of design going through them and also got doors to sand they also got design and lots of corners l stuck which one to buy the Ryobi corner one or the Ryobi round sander many thanks Mandeep

If the screw is reverse thread, then using the drill normally shouldn't loosen it (even with the drill bit all the way into the throat). I mean, unless drill bits in Australia are cut counterclockwise? Pretty sure they're not, so drilling (which requires having the drill in the forward, aka clockwise setting) shouldn't loosen the screw at all.
