do u have to keep scooping the ink to the centre of the screen as it moves to the sides after a few passes?

Unlike a lot of other autos on the market, the ROQ presses come standard with winged floodbars so you dont have to worry about that :)

For a top chest logo like this, is it necessary to coat the entire screen with emulsion, would this save reclaim work effort?
@Ryonet8 жыл бұрын
Great question! You can coat only what you need, but be sure you just don't spill any ink over the edges of the emulsion. You could potentially end up using more cost in tape trying to prevent this than you would have just coating the whole screen. Let us know if you have any questions!!

thank you for the video i have a problem when printing wet on wet on automatic. i check my registration to be perfect before starting, but when i start printing i find that the first wet color starts to get into the other colors area a little bit so lines are not perfectly clear. someone told me to make films with a very tiny space between different layers. is it the solution for this problem? thank you

Registration and properly alignment of the design on your films is key - as is your mesh count. If the mesh count is too low then ink can spread and mix with other colors. If the designs aren't holding registration on press, are you sure it isn't due to the print heads? Are they loose? Moving while printing at all?

I notice when loading he did not run his hand over the shirt to ensure it was adhered to the spray tack. Is there a reason for not applying any smooth down pressure prior to print? Thanks for the video

Sandi Wilkins Thats not typically needed when running an auto the pass of the squeegee flattens it out

The advantage to test printing real shirts instead of test square is you get better registration sometimes images with very tight traps and reg will be a lil off color to color on the test squares

Excellent points. It's smart to create the exact environment for your test prints that your production shirts will have.

Not trying to be an asshole but that set up was not close to be fast or perfect since twice if not more it was off... I set up to the film dead on with targets taped already and not even adjusting cuz I'm that good :)))
