He just says the name of the techniques so : -Ryote dori ikkyo omote/ura -Ryote dori nikkyo omote/ura -Ryote dori sankyo omote/ura -Ryote dori yonkyo omote/ura (this one hurts a lot :)) -Ryote dori gokyo omote/ura -Ryote dori shiho nage omote/ura -Ryote dori irimi nage omote/ura .... Well there is a lot of it.

"Ryote-dori henka-waza". Henka = variation.
