Koshi-nage is a technique found in several martial arts, whether in Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, among others., being one of the most efficient ways to project an opponent. In Aikido, it is a traditional technique, although it is not considered a basic technique, such as Ikkyo, Shiho Nage and Irimi Nage.
There are countless ways to apply it, here in the video I explore what in my view is the basic form and some possible variations that I use in my practice.
