As much as I like fish tanks, your carpenter did an amazing job with your racks. Beautiful and clean woodworking, which will last!

I love that you are setting up some long term tanks! It sounds like you have settled in Japan and plan to stay. Your plants are enviable. I am taking a break from fish-keeping I'm afraid, but I am still faithfully following your videos. Well done, Ryo.

Wow, nice to hear from you and thank you so much! I hope everything is ok. It’s definitely good to take breaks as I did towards the end of last year. You will come back stronger and more refreshed :) Take care

@@RyoWatanabee yes I completely agree. I am fine, just so busy with full time work and taking care of an elderly mother. I got burned out. I will get back to fish when I am refreshed and relaxed. I still love them. I am happy that you are happy and refreshed.

Hi Ryo. Nice a new vid. I'm a bit late today as I fell asleep from all the reading I've been doing. I'm working on something at the moment. 😅 Anyways, adding those unzan stones to the tank at 11:28 adds a new dimension to the tank, even if it isn't a competition tank. Hope to see how the plants progress and grow. Merry Christams to you and yours Ryo. Have a safe holiday and a prosperous New Year ahead. Cheers! :D

@@RyoWatanabee Thank you very much Ryo. Oh yes, it's something currently in progress. I'm not quite there yet but, I promise you this, you'll be one of the first to know once it's all good and done. :D

@@Cow_Juice how wonderful! I am very happy for you. I am well, just suffered burn out and needed to scale back on some things. I will stay here with you and Ryo though. 😉

If you want the bottom tanks to go for 20+ years (great!), go for the Father Fish-style tank. It will last forever and be your favorite tank to look at.
