I'm more of your "No Music" videos, but after watching this I think I'll watch your videos with music more often. The music you used is just perfect. It's not a distraction, in fact, it helped make your video more relaxing... almost like a warm hug 😊

Nowadays, some Korean cafes sell hojicha latte and I really love its taste. I also drink almond milk a lot at home so I should try this recipe! Thanks for good video!
@MJ-pj2me3 жыл бұрын
I made this, only used 1 tablespoon of maple syrup between two cups and its too sweet. I wish the hojicha was stronger. My tea is directly from Japan so it can't be the freshness. But overall it's a lovely recipe for the night. Thank you!

if you add extra sweet everything tests good, real tea is sweet even without extra sweet like what I am drinking right now. Pure white tea.

Please know, that as an Australian...I truly and genuinely, appreciate, and love, the beauty in Japanese life. I adore your videos, and watching you make this, in itself, was peaceful :-D What exactly IS "Hojicha"? Is it a tea? A green tea?
@EmmyLisbet5 жыл бұрын
Hojicha is a type of green tea where the leaves are "toasted" in ceramic pots to give the tea a distinct, nutty toasty flavor. "Cha" means tea in Japanese. Soooo yummy as a latte. Its super popular in Japan right now. Although, it looks like he is using Bocha tea in this video, which is tea leaf stems (as opposed to leaves) that are processed like hojicha.
