The end is the best when Ryoya is trying to eat the mochi.

I was just thinking "one of those bambu small forks they use for wagashi in Cha-do would be better than a spon" and then the clip with him using the spon started... 🤣 Good for the photo but not really for the task 😅

The amount of specialty ingredients this guy has is ridiculous. "Hey, can a borrow a cup of sugar?" "Yeah, I have 16 different kinds, what would you like?"

You should need to know about the "FOOD Mirage “, may be he’s just trying to educate stupid people to use ingredients you can get with less food mirage in his country
So...not really an "impress the girl on a date" kind of dessert, huh? (Being difficult to eat, I mean.) LOL! I loved watching you make it, though. Thank you for sharing these videos. It is quite different being in isolation, alone, without family or pets, almost a month now. Your videos are soothing to watch and listen to. Blessings from Texas!

The attempt at getting a slice of it from the whole had me crying laughing. Note to self for when I make it: forks, not spoons. 😂
Reminds me of Chinese style muachee, love that peanut powder coating. It's cut up with scissors and eaten with toothpicks/chopsticks which makes it much easier!

ahh, I'm so happy that you made already two videos in a week! Thank you so much for your work, I never appreciated someone this much on youtube! Every video has the same good quality, you can see there's a lot of work end effort in all of them!

i love these types of sweets and texture... hence my general love for east and southeast asian sweets and its extensive use of starch and glutinous rice flour!
I don't have any of the ingredients to make this.....except water. However i love to see his cooking skills though! I have a hard time to measure everything but i guess it's not a big deal for him 😭😂
