I really like how they made Chun's lightning legs not require a Mash, it always felt odd to me that her gameplay was supposed to be based in elegance, but you'd have to mash the hell out of your controller/stick to get the move.

I kno ppl dunk on v alot but im gonna miss it ngl. Was the first fighting game i actually learned on a competitive level.Too many good tournament moments aswell. Nice video as always.

I wish every fighting game in the world had overviews like yours. It makes it so easy to pick up a game and play because for me the hardest part to figure it out right away is the basic (like, VERY basic) gameplan. Keep it up. Your overviews got me into Tekken btw ❤

Seems like a weird choice to do this when SF6 is a week away, and it's gonna be a while before most people would want to play SFV more consistently Right now new players and veterans alike are just waiting for SF6 But your character guides are always great, so I can't complain really

I don't see anything weird doing SF V overview because the game at it peaks with 47 characters and many people are still playing it. Beside, people who don't like SF VI and wants to try SF V can used this overwiew as a guide.

These overviews are really solid. But I cant help but feel SFV was conservative for the sake of accessibility and competitive balancing. Like Nash EX Tragedy Assault should have been a command grab like Heidern Stormbringer or Kyo EX Kotsuki. And some V-Triggers are really good, I wish they were a part of the characters base kit instead of a comeback mechanic. Can't wait for G, Zeku, and Dan overviews btw.

Unreactable half screen command grab that heals you and throws your opponent the other half of the screen into the corner with oki. Yep sounds perfectly balanced..

I was the one who did the recordings. There was a lot I wanted to talk about & record regarding all the characters but I had a structure to follow. If I didn't follow it then we would be here all day lol. So I had to cut some things out unfortunately

Your videos are always a treat, but wouldnt be better to concentrate your efforts in SF6 when it comes out instead of starting a SFV overview series? Take advantage of the algorithm

SFV is a finished product and completely distinct from SF6, as all Street Fighter games are. They all have their distinct fanbases. We made these videos as a long term resource for people who might want to play it in the future and to give it a proper send off before SF6.

@@X19Virus you're showing you've taken the koolaid. Devs removed attributes from moves and restricted them to the EX version. There's less flexibility, and only the illusion of new options and the erosion of choice.
