Pretty much why I lost interest in Guilty Gear Strive, especially after getting into Rev 2 after Strive. In Rev there's a a lot less damage dealt which leads to more opportunity to adapt before losing the round, yes you can lose big chunks of health in Rev but only after a lot of effort. In Strive you barely touch your opponent and half their fucking health goes away. Just not as interesting.
