First cause it's coming with 32 gb preinstalled ram, second tuf is a proper gaming bulky laptop so thermals will be very good. though ryzen is a bit more powerful but the gap is very little and you won't notice it cause the good thermals and extra ram in asus will adjust for it. And lastly Asus is actually a tough laptop with really good build so go with it for performance based tasks

4060, people hate it because it wasn't a big jump and they lowered the VRam, But you get the benifits of FG + DLSS 3.7! For Future proofing definitely go 4060 (even tho the 8GB will definitely BE a problem in the next years, you will be safe), else check out the RX 6700 XT
