In this video, I will show how I improve the LPG installation - that is, it will be:
Replacement of the screw clamps with elastic DIN (DIN 3021).
Replacement of gas hoses (LPG gas)
Replace water / water hoses
Replacing the water / water / cooling liquid tees with aluminum ones and matching the diameter of the heater hoses 21mm x21mm x16mm instead of 19mm x19mm x16mm (21x21x16 / 19x19x16)
How to move the screws into the manifold, from the LPG gas injectors
How to mount injectors on tees
Where should the MAP sensor (mapsensor LPG) be installed
LPG gas reducer - hoses for water, coolant, G12 coolant
How and what to seal the gas screws in the collector?
How to replace LPG filters and what to change them? Fiberglass / bulpren / polyester? Volatile phase decanter filter (FL) (in the film Czaja Blaster)
There will be some of my approaches and failures in the film, but in the end the installation will be improved and it will look a lot better, and it will also work much better!
The torque is definitely improved, especially "from the bottom", that is when starting / at low engine speed - simply unrecognizable car!
At the end of the movie, a throwback from "the present times" - because it was recorded 2 years later (I lost some more material from this modernization, but I decided that I would throw it anyway - it may be useful to someone).
