RZR Tube Chassis Build Part 1

Where do I begin? This is a video I have been dreaming about making for a long, long time. I have wanted a tube chassis ever since I started riding and H built a pretty incredible one! I wanted to document the process as much as possible and I am glad I did because H Craft Customs absolutely knocked it out of the park with this build. I can't thank him enough (and my wife as you will see at the end of the video). The attention to detail is absolutely amazing. This buggy is going to provide a lot of great memories.
It is a long video and the buggy is not completed (final powder coat and a few details needing to be buttoned up) at the time this video was posted. Once we get it powdered I plan to do a walk around video going over a lot of the details of the buggy, parts list and get H's thoughts on the whole build process. Pretty soon there are going to be several more new tube chassis in the group so stay tuned for some videos of that. As always, thanks for watching!

That's an amazing frame design H has built for you. H if he hasn't already thought of it, should get the design Patented. Because it makes it so easy to service. It seems to be unique in the design and function. If you wait too long someone will be following you around taking a lot of pictures and video of it. And, I don't mean you. Good luck

Leave it bare metal, you never see a buggy with true natural patina. Once it gets to your liking, clear coat it..😍

Nah I want finish it out with powder. It is going to be crystal grey on the chassis and blacked out everywhere else. Crystal gray has been the color of my last 2 RZR's.

It depends on who does it and how detailed you want it to be finished out. I would guess around $7,000 on the low end and $30,000 on the high end.
