RZR Turbo R draggy numbers before and after intake modifications!! Rpm blow off and turbo piping!

Not really the results I expected but I'll take it! The R has rear bumper, suspension seats, heater, front and rear window and aluminum roof, polaris storage boxes packed with straps and trail gear, fire extinguisher, mirrors, light bars and so on. Not a light weight rig at this point. This is an Ultimate with ride command dynamics as well.

Good video... funny part is that after 7 years straight of working on these full time I have never seen the polaris intake tubes fail.

For the next one, rather than fighting the heat shield, just remove it. It is only held on by 4 bolts and slides out super easy.

Thats crazy that you gained .3 seconds. I wonder how much had to do with the tube change vs the weather/conditions.

I don’t know honestly. I never expected any difference. When I saw the difference in size it’s hard to think it wouldn’t be better though.

It would be interesting to see before and after on the Dyno I bought the Evo stage three in 2016 They told me I wouldn’t see any difference with their charge tube Regardless damn sure looks better I just bought the rpm performance kit in preparation for the WS190 tune And the newer cam and injectors I’m hoping my oem clutch holds up😂

I have the Whalen tune and 33’s and I get a little bit of belt smell
