Matagal na po itong video na ito, if my memory serves me well mga July 1994 pa kami nag document, sa Baptist Rural Life Center, Bansalan Davao Del Sur kami nag shoot ng video. Tapos I heard na may mga nag replicate ng project sa Samal. Maganda po itong project na ito, :)

Sorry for my lte reply. Oo, puwede gamitin ang lemon grass (Cymbopogon citratus) bilang hedgerow sa SALT (Sloping Agricultural Land Technology). Lemon grass ay may mga katangian na nakakatulong sa pag-kontrol ng soil erosion, gaya ng matibay na ugat na nakakapigil sa pag-agos ng lupa. Bukod pa dito, ang lemon grass ay may mga benepisyo gaya ng: Pagpapabuti ng Soil Fertility: Ang mga ugat ng lemon grass ay tumutulong sa pag-stabilize ng lupa at ang mga pinagputulan ay maaaring gamitin bilang organic mulch o green manure. Pampatanggal ng Pests: Ang lemon grass ay kilala sa kanyang natural na pest-repellent properties, na nakakatulong sa pagprotekta sa mga pananim mula sa mga peste. Karagdagang Kita: Ang lemon grass ay maaaring anihin para sa essential oils o bilang pampalasa, na nagbibigay ng karagdagang kita sa mga magsasaka. Sa paggamit ng lemon grass bilang hedgerow, importante pa ring isaalang-alang ang spacing at ang pangangailangan ng mga pananim na itatanim kasama nito para sa mas epektibong resulta.
