Really, really enjoyed this set. Thanks to the two musicians for such a great and inspiring performance (I was especially spellbound by the couple of instances where I assume what was happening was that the MIDI signal from the digital cymbal was feeding into some type of instrument on the laptop, resulting in a layered percussive sound); and also to S+H for sponsoring and presenting it. The only thing that could have boosted the value of this presentation for me even more, as an avid user of S+H products already (Landforms and Auras), would have been the inclusion of a bit of descriptive info addressing how Church used one (or more?) of the S+H tools to get the sounds he did. I was also intrigued to read an interview with him on another site where he indicated his interest in just intonation - to get an idea how that might have been realized via S+H tools would be cool. Anyways, thanks for this - really first rate.
