Ingredients:

1 large eggplant (aubergine), thinly sliced
1.1/2 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste)
2 cup chickpea flour (besan)
1/2 Garam masala powder
*1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tbsp dry rice flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 cup normal Water
1/2 Teaspoon onion Past
1/2 Teasoon ginger paste
Water, as needed
Oil for deep frying
Instructions:

cooking oil
boil for 4-5 minutes
Serve hot at iftar time
