I just mounted one on an S&B Particle Separator and it worked perfectly. The only thing I would add is the plastic on the S&B cover is quite a bit thicker than on the stock cover so it was kind of a pain to cut.

Yeah the S&B cover is thicker than stock for sure.

Great video. Would you guys know if you get less dust in the clutches with this quiet kit? I ask because since it’s blocked in the front and has less direct opening to let’s say, when you’re following another car through very dusty conditions, and now it’s at the rear.

Thanks for watching. No we dont have a video of the air kit with the S&B separator. It fits we have installed 3 in the shop for customers that wanted both. We have not tested it with the new Particle Separator 2.

So is the particle separator ram air function So don’t mount it behind a rear windshield?

The particle separator is just a fan that helps draw air in and separate bigger parts from smaller pieces of debris. I would say ram air function would not be much if any. Yeah dont mount it where it is blocked from fresh air. It needs air to circulate around.
