What an honest video. Loved it! I’ve taught Thai and English at Berlitz in Tokyo when I lived there. Most of the people who were sent to learn Thai held managerial positions and I think they were paid well to go to Thailand. One of my students’ wife also came to berlitz to learn Thai on the company’s dime. They have two children. The whole family followed the father to Thailand. The children went to an international school, which we all know is not cheap. Sooo I guess it depends on each company..... anyways, enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work. :)
For me , thai citizen with an engineering career 27 years old got 32000++ per month and I think it is enough. And you got salary 2 times more than me I think if you have some thai friend it will be good for you to advice them for the easier + cheaper way living in Thailand. Btw I like your videos you both are funny.
After I have listened to you, it's sort of sad but I have advice for you about the school for your children(in case you have). There is a Thai-Japanese school in Sriracha(ศรีราชา), Chonburi province, they have both Thai and Japanese teacher(most is Japaness). This school is for kids whose parents are Japanese working in Thai and want their kid to learn just like in Japan. The highest education they could provide is high school I am unsure but I just want to give you an option in case you decide to settle down here, in Thailand. Hope you and we have a better life, a life that suits us. ⚘
Thanks for sharing interesting info. I don't know which hospital you went to, in state hospital in Bangkok charge about 400-600 Baht for tooth decay. But have to wait for hours.
ถ้าทำ ประกันสังคมเอาสิทธิไปรักษาพยาบาลฟรีในโรงพยาบาลที่เลือกไว้ If you have social security in Thailand there is no Hospital fee in Hospital of Choice of your social security.

เงินน้อยไปนีส แต่สบายใจกว่าน้า I like this ep. Talking about serious matter in a light way.
You both are very sincere. In fact ,if you compare with thai people and cost of living, this salary rate is not low. But if you compare with european or american, it’s normal. That’s true.
