INGREDIENTS:
* Vermicelli(सेवई) - 2 Cup/250 Grams
* Ghee(घी) - 2-3 Tbsp
* Milk Full Cream(दूध) - 1 Cup
* Sugar(चीनी) - 3/4 Cup
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Fresh Malai(ताजा मलाई) - 3-4 Tbsp
* Dry Fruits(सूखे मेवे) - For Garnishing
RECIPE:
For Sevai, keep the pan on the flame & put Ghee & Vermicelli/Sevai in it. Then roast the Vermicelli/Sevai till it turns dark brown on a slow flame for 7 to 8 minutes. Keep the other pan on the flame, put Milk & Sugar in it & let it be boiled. When the Sugar gets dissolved properly, then add roasted Vermicelli/Sevai & cook it on a slow flame. Then put Cardamom Powder, stir continuously & cook on a slow flame till it gets dry & soft. At last, add some Fresh Malai & cook till becomes thick. Then take it out on a plate & give it any shape by using a cookie cutter or glass/bowl. Garnish with finely chopped Dry Fruits & enjoy the dessert. In this way, Super-Tasty Sevai Mithai/Dessert will get ready easily at home.
