Carly is very devoted and loyal, that is why Sonny fell in love with her, he admired how loyal she was to Jason and wanted that. It’s helpful for a gangster to have that type of loyalty.

There was definitely a time when Jason was in love with Carly. Not just the sex period, but a time when he was in love with her and Carly complicated it by panicking and running off to marry AJ. Even then Jason was waiting for her to get her shit together but the Sonny thing happened. The video evidence is all over KZbin, folks.

i think at this point carly loves jason, of course. but she is sooo in love with sonny. it's clear it hurt that sonny was being so indifferent-acting. i definitely believe that carly's love for jason is first-lovish but her and sonny have the deeper love. jmo

Carly wasn't in love with Jason at this point, and she never has been after this. The mess you see on GH now is the result of writers on crack so.....Sonny is Carly's soulmate and vice versa, at least to me.

Jason has never been IN love with Carly. He loves her as a friend. I think it's sweet, and I'm glad he can make the distinction. I never liked him with Carly, and I think Carly and Sonny made a pretty interesting (and more believable) couple.

yeah, that's Sonny. Jason already knows that. doesn't change the bond or the connection that they share. Carly too.. she was wrong to think that Jason could be anymore than just her very close friend.
