Infinity and the Six eyes are actually two completely different things people born in the Gojo clan either get Infinity or the Six Eyes the Six eyes being more rare and Satoru was born with both which is what made him so strong and when he was born because he inherited both of these abilities the universe had to make all curses much stronger to balance out his power
