@5:45 Is there a penalty for coming to a stop beyond the station platform?

I don’t know if the operator had some penalties for that but I heard the coach, who stood next to him, scolding him after he move the train back to the correct stop point. I guess the most railway companies now don’t make the operators or the conductors have any HUGE penalties, called 日勤教育 or something in Japanese because it once had a bad mentality impact on an operator and he cause a huge and terrible accident in Fukuchiyama in 2005. I think that’s why the most railway companies have stopped it.

@@ЯпонскийПетя Well, perhabs the driver even was still on training (that's why there was a third personal on board, the real conductor will sit normally in the back of the train) - and overshoots happen when somebody is not trained well on the service yet. Also he didn't overshoot a signal, just a station. That's inconvenient, because he has to set back, but nothing where a train driver will be penaltied for.
