Legally the children are not yours, they belongs to the lady's husband (Supreme Court Judgement) on this issue. Your relationship with her is illegal therefore, you can't lay claims to anything else other than your service fee, not ever her good will to you. Secondly, you can't eat your cake n have it, you were in verbal business "contract" which did not cover eventual pregnancy n bearing children. Thirdly, your transactional n contractual relationship with that lady ends each time you complete your task, you can not claim anything, not the children. You were just a "surrogate father" without any contract or claims to the children. My advice is, find a way to make peace with her. Avoid being on the wrong side with such a women, you may lose all if you don't take proper care of this issue. A marriage woman will "kpayi" you without a second thought if you become a threat to her marriage especially, if she is very comfortable in it. Note: i am not a lawyer but a friend had similar experience hence, the Supreme Court Citation.
