I'm suprised by this figure. Except for Cap, SHF has mostly excelled with its Marvel Line but I agree this might be their best Ironman ever. Not the best design (it's too outlandish for my taste) but the figure just makes me like it more. Actually, I think I may like the figure more than the armor in the movie itself, because it feels more tangible by virtue of not being CGI.

One thing I think that would better the iron man figures is to add a bright white color behind the eyes and chest to give it that light up look I think it would make the figures look way better and I’m sure it wouldn’t cost them a whole lot to do, great review as always👍 o yea the paint job on this new one is beast

Anyone try & see if a Marvel Legends energy blast piece fits into the end of the first accessory cannon blaster made for this figure? Legends energy blast pieces have the outie knub, after all. I ONLY wish the rather decent Legends MK50 figure included one or two of these kickass nano-tech extension weapons, they were such a cool addition to his armor in the movie.

Great review! I was considering skipping this guy as I really am not fond of the MArk 50's design aesthetics (I prefer the original 7 suits), but damn! The articulation on this guy has me sold. You almost wish/hope they might go back and redo some of the earlier suits with that neck joint. Now I am anxiously awaiting the Mark VII and hopefully they will soon announce the Mark 1.

Looks great and definitely one to pick up. The articulation looks awesome and given the last Iron Man I got was the MK3, I think I'm due an upgrade. It's a shame they split the extra parts into another release, but I get that they need to sell figures!

Jm a separate figure by SH Figuarts? Know what they're calling the figure? The only MK50 figures with extra weapon accessories I can find pictures for are this & the Hot Toys releases, and in the latter case the only addition they include beyond what SH provides are some wing pieces. Would love if there was a figure with more than that, as in the movie he's got a shitload of crazy nano-tech extension weapons used all throughout the movie. Made this easily one of the coolest Iron Man suits yet.

so i got my MK50 yesterday and played around with it and notice the arm doesn't want to sit flush with the body, so i decide to pop the arm and do some investigation. it turns out the piece that stops the floating piece has a point that stops it from rotating out of place, but that piece is too long. No because each of the nano weapons has an alternate forearm built into them. These forearms are arm specific.
