I find the biggest problem with the import figures is consistency, if I'm paying a premium price I should be getting quality every time. I pay $20 for Hasbro products so I can accept a few misses along the long. My point is I find your reviews very helpful in ensuring I don't waste money on a figure that isn't worth it.

This is precisely why I don't buy many import figures. Sure they usually are pretty good, but if I'm spending upwards of 40 bucks and the figure turns out to be trash, it's just a wasted investment. This is also why I tend to buy imports from second hand sellers. I always find people selling them at least 10 bucks cheaper than usual.

Well, mafex makes very high toned figures, for the most part. And Sh figuarts has its misshaps but Iron spider is amazing (new one), all of the iron mans, etc.

Honestly a lot of the SH Figuarts MCU stuff are mostly overprice crap, Bandai doesn't even care. When it comes to major properties big brands tend to think that even if they crank out trash.. people will still buy after watching 10x social media influencers lying and boasting on how "amazing" some piece of trash actually is.. just to win some retailer/manufacturer "sponsorships" for that extra insignificant amount of money, I doubt companies are paying action figure channels 10k to push mobile gaming apps.

They even messed up the shields by not sculpting the lines that make up each segment of the star in the center. A minor detail but unacceptable at this price point.

I'm not sure if this shield had the lines on the star in the movie. In the scene where Thanos breaks Cap's shield it's in full view but the lines on the star aren't visible.

I like the figure. I just wanted a good mcu cap and this fits the buck for me. Not a fan of the "dirty" look. I wish I couldve bought the 1st release while it was still relatively cheap. I hate the "dirty" ironman colors as well. Still like it. The articulation is great on them both imo.

Figure is pretty mediocre. I picked one up cause I missed the first one and I liked the hammer and lightning. I think the effect parts and the hammer save it for me as it’s on the shelf doing some battle poses with others. But I would have liked a non gross muted look on my only captain America. Great video as always 👍

Anyway, my question is; what do you do with figures like this? I know you purchase your figures with your own funds like most of us, so when you get a figure that you're THIS disappointed in, do you keep it as is, repaint and/or re-sculpt it, or do you try to sell it? Thanks for the support. I sell stuff like this on eBay to recoup at least some of what I spent. I'm not doing customs right now since I'm doing things like the custom heads and accessories and developing my own full action figure line.

You don't seem to understand the purpose of reviews. They aren't to make you feel good about a purchase. They are to give you information so you can spend your money wisely. I bought this fig and the Endgame iron man mk 85 final battle, this fig is garbage, I paid £90 for no waist articulation a bad head sculpt, when I hold his arm forward using the hammer with the long lightning it drops, the paint job is a mess and the shield clip falls off. I really feel shf have taken the pi*s out of me and I won't be buying any more of these final battle movie avengers.

It's a terrible figure by the looks of it :( however I do own the final battle edition Ironman. Its proportions are definitely off. Especially on the abdominal section. And the rdj head is a bit too big for the body. I I digressed. Thanks for the review anyway
