I have all the Godzilla and Gamera Monsterarts figures so far, but never picked up the 1st release of this guy years ago. I was so happy to finally add him and finish my Heisei collection. I love how the paint on this release is more accurate to the movie and closer to the regular '91 Monsterarts King G. My only complaint was the left "damaged" wing on mine is super loose and just droops down. I feel like a ratchet joint would have helped. Bandi just refuses to use ratchet joints, leading to a lot of loose, floppy figures over the years. I will say, for the price....they could have added the Dorats like the 1st release. Great review as always!
