Never really had a chance to get into MH, but Rathalos will honestly be my most favorite. Mainly because he's a red dragon and I'm always down for those, and he's a funny Assist Trophy in Smash Ultimate.

I mistook Rathalos for Pink Rathian, too. The muted colors were one of the few things I disliked about the game.

Finally got my hands on this one. I feel lucky, in that I have no joint problems with this figure, (I do know from experience, that you do need to be careful with these figures) & the stand works fine for me. I was disappointed with the jaw, until I watched your video as to how to properly adjust it, (I was surprise that Diego Doom didn't mention this feature). THX for your helpful advice & GREAT VIDEO!!! :-)

Definitely a solid figure and it has accessories. Haven’t seen those for a while in this lineup. The stand situation is a bit wonky but overall it works. Just make sure everything REALLY secure tho. My los has taken a few shelf dives already but surprisingly no breaks or paint damage.

All I can say is that this review is incredible, well done. As you stated about the stand where you have the support piece on his back that you did mention that you may did it wrong... yeah, you did. I have my copy and I can tell you that you need to put the piece on the biggest spike where you hinge the back aka the biggest slot where it's shaped. Hard to say, but if you want me to show you how to, all you need to do is ask for help and I'll be glad to do it this Sunday. Even if I already got this figure back in November, I still love it. Not just because it's Rathalos aka Leolæus (æ is the letter in Dannish, Norwegian, basically Nordic/Scandinavian letter and is similar to ä in my Country in Sweden) but because how Bandai evolved the Bat-formed wings and found out a solution. While I get that people would've wanted King Ghidorah wings to have been articulated, however since it's their first time with a Bat-Like-Wings (Fire Rodan, Destoroyah etc. doesn't count because they're different ) back in 2019 and wasn't sure what to do at first so they played it safe, until they found out the solution with Rathalos which may not be perfect, do articulate and function. And now I have so much fun with them even if they can be a pain sometimes. Either way, love the review and I am on board the SHMA Monster Hunter train as well, and hopefully will be making my review soon once I have time. Anyways have a great time Steven and hope this figure fight will be entertaining P.S: Speaking something back in November or so, made a review that is 3 months old and it's on fire with views n likes which never happened to me before. I’m upset with the stand. It is very unstable, mine actually fell off the stand. Also you can’t get Rathalos in a traditional flying pose with his tail behind him instead of in front of him.

Okay question got mine I today and the paint seems off. Mine is way darker especially around the tail it's kinda a drastic shift from the body to tail where it almost looks brown.

Idk how you got him to stand on his own like that. I cant get him to stand without support stands for the life of me. I've been trying to take good pictures with him but his top heaviness always makes him fall
