That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. If you give them automatic wheel chair . They won't be able to adjust the speed on the go as they can with manual ones . You can't change directions quickly on an automatic wheel chair . And the wheel chair they have is the best they can get in manual ones . They're made from titanium. And if you want absolute protection, make them sit in a bubble wrapped box, they have to balance between mobility and protection. If they secure themselves too much they won't be able to move quickly.
