Unni R: Unni R is a short story writer, novelist, and screenwriter. Kali Natakam, Ozhivudivasathe Kali, Vaank, and Malayali Memorial are his prominent short story collections, and Prathi Poovan Kozhi is his first novel. Ozhivudivasathe Kali won the Kerala Sahitya Akademi Geetha Hiranyan Endowment Award, and Vaank received the Kerala Sahitya Akademi Award. One Hell of a Lover, the translation of a collection of his short stories, was shortlisted for the Atta Galatta Bangalore Literature Festival Book Prize. His screenplays have also gained both popular and critical acclaim.
GR Indugopan: G R Indugopan, is a short story writer and novelist. He has written and published more than thirty books, including memoirs and travelogues. His major works include Ice-1960C, Cheenkanni Vettakkarante Athmakathayum Muthala Layaniyum, Manaljeevikal, and Iruttu Pathradhipar. His novel, Kali Gandhaki, was made into a tele-series by Madhupal, whose screenplay was written by P. F. Mathews. The upcoming film, Vilayath Buddha, is based on his novel of the same name. He has received numerous honours, including the Kerala Sahitya Akademi Geetha Hiranyan Award.
Vinoy Thomas: Vinoy Thomas is a short story writer, novelist and scriptwriter. Ramachi, Mullaranjanam and Adiyormisiha Enna Novel are his famous short story collections. Karikkottakkary, his debut novel, was chosen as one of the top five novels in the DC Books competition. In 2021, his second novel, Puttu, won the Kerala Sahitya Akademi Award, and in 2019 Ramachi received the same award for short stories. His short stories have been adapted into films, and he wrote screenplays for Palthu Janwar and Chathuram. Anthill, the English translation of Puttu, was recently published by Penguin Random House.
Nidhish G: Nidhish G. is a short story writer. His short story collections are Thamaramukku, Hippopotamus, and Vellila. He is the screenwriter of the movie, Ela Veezha Poonchira (2022).
