Curd -1/2 cup
Eno -1/4 tsp or 2 pinch baking soda
Chilli flakes -1 tsp
Green chilli -1 tbsp
Carrot - 3 tbsp
Capsicum - 3 tbsp
Onion - 3 tbsp
French beans - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 4 tbsp

I made this for dinner. I made a sabzi of chopped onions, garlic, ginger, capsicum & lots of tomatoes. Added a little pav bhaji masala, besides our usual salt, turmeric, chilly powder and tossed the appes in it, nicely coating them with the sabzi- gravy. Sprinkled some finely chopped green garlic stems, spring onion stems & coriander leaves in the end. Tasted yummy. 😋
