Main issues I saw, big sound if you forget to put kolithu and the shutter comes and hit the frame, metal bang sound is loud , next is after 3 or 4 years if the kolithu rust and break , a welding machine is required to fix it.

Good Concept. Modern machines. But my concern is the management should take care of the worker's safety also. Job-specific personnel protection items to be provided. Eg. welding and painting work. Apart from the safety part, you have to mention an approx. price for these items also. Best of luck
