Honestly this is a great news for the future pure younger Eritrean generation. I have the privilege to work one of the biggest mine in Saskatchewan Canada, and saw how they mine the potash from underground. it’s unbelievable and also very scary due to accident like fire, or water. to reach the mine we have to take a shaft or elevator down over 2,500-3,000 feet underground. to conclude we Eritreans are very blessed to have this precious minerals right above the ground . The best thing about the Eritrean potash finding first the quality is the best. It will be open pit mine no need to go thousand of feet underground .Finally having this finding close to the port is like ice in the cake. With we can do spirit of Eritreans attitude our future is bright. Thx bro. keep inform the new generation of Eritreans. 🇪🇷

I am from Ethiopia I have work in Dallol potash project stating from exploration upto solution mining test at Bada,Hamedela,Cululi and to some extent afdera. We have all in our hands and it resources is much than our expection on behalf of Ethipian side. I know there was South Boulder potash mining at Cululi area from Eritrean side. But still now there is no any productive effort from both side. But I always confused why the horn of Africa leaders give the opportunity of peace to their people to utilize it's own resources.

there was another project in Bada run by Indian company called ESSEL GROUP. The company stationed in Dubai got bankrupt and had to close all it's companies through out the world.Hence the Bada project is also another potential if it got a company to run it.

I think many of the projects stopped mid track or changed hands bc of the “Igeda” imposed on Eritrea, but they don’t share or publicize the problems they face even though it’s an open secret. It’s their duty to share and educate the people!!

Very interesting information and existing project, but i dont see this project would bring change to Eritrean people unless the HGDF military regime give back the power to the Eritrean people. I didnt seen an successful projects of HGDF changing the life of ordinary Eritrean people. In addition the proximity to the War zone makes uncomfortable to investors. Hopefully the civil government will have the chance to lead the country after 30years HGDF regime failure to lead the country to where the 65000 independence martyrs wished and died for. Thanks brother for the info but I think the US unilateral sanctions might have also sabotaged this project. I know the German bank declined to give the loans on the last hour and sabotaged the Bisha mine. If this is the case then Eritrea should replace the Australian company with a Chinese company like what has happened to Bisha. Actually a Chinese company bought out the Canadian company that owned Bisha. I think they are called Nevsun. Can you please comment on this. Thanks
