A quick and easy recipe. Egg white and milk make smooth and silky puddings. It can also be low in calories by just adding half of the sugar in the recipe as the coconut water is sweet.

椰皇殼 2個
椰皇水 200ml (大約一個椰皇的水)
蛋白 150g
牛奶 80ml
砂糖 1湯匙
燕窩 隨意

椰汁燉蛋白的好吃之處是清甜，我的建議是不加上燕窩就這樣吃，如果一定想加點甚麼，就是雪耳、西米或是椰果這一類，它們都是沒有味道的，加了上去也不影響燉蛋白的清甜，希望幫到你。
