Full kalayodakke how many months you need ? What if te pickle is dry after mixing powder , how do we make juicy. Adding more lemon juice will make it very sour. Can we add boiled and cooked water ?

After 2 months you may get soften pickle . You can add lemon juice after adding masala if dry. Strictly no water

When crushed they are bitter otherwise no. Need not to remove seeds contain high levels of flavonoids, which are a type of antioxidant that have anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and anti-viral properties.
