面對內在的慌與外界的亂，越需要鎮定。
由孫盛希和陶山老師共同作曲、由星座專家唐立淇老師填中文詞的《Don’t Panic》，裡面寫了許多關於孫盛希自己在第一張專輯與第二張專輯之間發生的心情。
為了夢想，一個人在台北生活、工作；面臨工作、愛情、生活中的混亂、溝通不良、她常常想對自己、對身邊的朋友、工作人員大喊：Don’t Panic！
而和孫盛希生日同一天的唐立淇老師，在收到這個邀請時，驚訝於兩人的許多的相同之處，更能以文字傳達出面對慌亂的自我對話。
MV由這次為孫盛希拍攝10隻前導愛情廣告的導演詹凱執導，她以現代主義風格的鮮明色塊來呈現歌曲的輕快調子，讓孫盛希在浴缸裡醒來，在屋子裡跟著音樂節奏隨興起舞、對剪希希”煮咖啡”、”跳羽毛床”、”撿地上的眼淚”…等對應歌詞裡表達的自我對話；孫盛希在MV中坐在冰箱上彈吉他自彈自唱，像是透過彈奏樂器與音樂，來面對一切慌亂；面對失速與失控的世界，隨時提醒自己《Don’t Panic》，用自己的節奏，唱自己的歌！
