I bought fold 5 in Dec23, since day one I have report to Samsung that the Google Map is not working well, it keep stop working. I am a Tada/Uber driver when it hung I got stuck in the middle of the Road, that’s very danger for me and my riders. In fact it was full of error and system fault for this model. Things like: 1, When receive phone call it doesn’t not jump to the phone page, it keep stack at current page like Google or home page. There is no way I can answer the call. 2. When I call out, there is no speaker; it was at keypad mode. 3, the keyboard, when select the back key, it type out “M” Even the full stop, it type out “M” 4, Google Map is not working well, it always stuck. When I call the hot line, the IT person told me he can’t solve the issues now but will call me back but unfortunately they did not callback. This is how they treated their customers. I have request to have a one to one exchange since it was a brand new, but it was rejected, I ask for a full refund it also rejected by Samsung. They keep repairing my fold 5 many times but till to date 26 August 2024 the phone still not in working conditions, As the warranty period is ending soon I request for others 12 months warranty but No Reply until now. Every Times when the Services Centre T/Loan me a set of Samsung phone all model, the Google map is COMFIRMED NOT working. I am not trying to Black Samsung All the above complaint with Video to support. Anyone can advise???
