Katarina is medium hard champion you can enter in practice tool make 0 Ability Haste put over 4-5 enemy dummy in the jungle with range close enough for katarina range and start play her make combos on all of them this may help you learn how to play katarina late game

Is that a new buid lol ? I've been going AP full pen when there's a lot of squishies. And I suggets taking Bloodline for the runes since you don't have any lifesteal (9% isn't that bad) instead of triumph

Because what? Because this game I pressed Q + E on the lane cause I felt like it instead of usual E W Q (R) E combo and I accidently pressed E twice after getting a kill ? Have you seen my other Katarina videos? I once climbed to Diamond 1 only using Katarina so idk. You seem to be giving an opinion based on one Katarina video in which I did worse.
