松本から美ヶ原や八島湿原・霧ヶ峰・白樺湖につながるビーナスラインにつながる県道283号の途中に位置する桜清水茶屋の建物は武田信玄のゆかりの建物で 落ち着いたお部屋でくつろぐことができました 料理はふるさと膳をお願いしました 新そばの手打ち蕎麦はツヤ・コシ・風味があり 栗ご飯やキノコや山菜も上品な味付けでした 岩魚はモッチリとして脂が乗っていて 本当に美味しくいただきました 行かれる場合は ✨桜清水茶屋さんのinstagram等で確認して行かれることをお勧めします instagram.com/soba_sakurashimizu/ Sakura Shimizu Chaya is located on Prefectural Route 283, which connects Matsumoto to the Venus Line that connects Utsukushigahara, Yashima Marsh, Kirigamine, and Lake Shirakaba. The building is associated with Takeda Shingen, and I was able to relax in a calm room. I ordered the Furusato Zen meal. The handmade soba noodles made from new soba were shiny, chewy, and flavorful. The chestnut rice, mushrooms, and wild vegetables were also elegantly seasoned. The trout was chewy and fatty, and really delicious. If you are going, I recommend checking out Sakura Shimizu Chaya's Instagram before you go.
