Just wanna let everyone know there is a very famous scene in this clip. At 2:22 - 2:52, this fight scene is not choreographed. Both Donnie Yen and Wu Jing agreed to do a real fight and improvise for a short moment. Then at 2:53, look closely at Wu Jing and you can see he did a little nod. Most of this fight between Donnie Yen and Wu Jing was improvised, because they knew eachother from their time training in the Beijing Wushu Team.

The original name of this film is actually called Sha Po Lang which references three stars in Chinese Astrology in a type of Fortune Telling. Qi Sha (7 killings) Symbolizing power, Po Jun(Vanquisher of Armies) Symbolizing Destruction, Tan Lang(Greedy Wolf) Symbolizing Lust. Power, Destruction, Lust. Depending on the formation during birth it can bring turmoil and chaos or good for people who can weather the storm.

Wu Jing was not able to get into big cinema. He has many roles in Chinese historic dramas and Wujia (kungfu heroes) shows. He is a very big name in China.

wow i'm surprised after all this time, no one in the comments has mentioned what the baton is called. As someone did mention, it is a baton used primarily by police, security, and S.W.A.T. It is called an ASP. Stands for Armament Systems and Procedures. We used them when I was a security police member. They are meant for taking down hostiles using non-lethal strikes.
