Damn, for a second there, I thought he wouldn't be in this game due to getting lost or something.

+duo2nd Considering Hikaru Midorikawa (Masaki's VA) is a huge SRW fan, often beta tests, and occasionally records bonus lines for free, I doubt it.

Wait, what's this about this Crossgate and Rayblade thing? When were those introduced? Also, wasn't Seireki Rayblade a separate game for the PS1? I thought Cybuster could freely go between Langran and Earth anytime it wanted? Reading the comments below, there's mention of him losing Possession and some kind of Replica Engine... Whats up with that? I iz confuzzled!!!!!!

Granteed Draconis destroys the Crossgate at the end of the game.

Nope, they're the K team who's on earth atm is staying on the Kurogane for now.
Well it's good that Masaki is in the game but I was wating for the full possession mode and the akashik nova

Cybuster lost the spirit girl, remember?
@ferzum72908 жыл бұрын
yeah but i was wating a full posesion like Elan with the zelvoid, because the zelvoid is like a mass produced cybuster with out a spirit but maybe that will be to dangerous for masaki for the considerabli lost of mana

Gosh...everything about these attacks are awesome !!
With all im seeing in most of these videos, I would rather have gotten another expansion like Dark Prison. Literally almost every returning unit has the same exact moves and move choreography with no changes. Why is this worth full price again? Hell at best this should be a $40 game with the amount of reuse in it. At least Z2-2 had a bunch of changes to 2-1, and 3-2 had a bunch of changes to 3-1. This is pure unadultered laziness in Banpresto. They literally had almost 4 years to work on this, and this is the best they can do. Sad on Banpresto's part, really, really sad.

You know what they say. if it ain't broke. honestly, those og 2nd animations are still pretty awesome today. and they did re animate some of it. like G compati-kaiser's final attack. it now looks twice as cool.

I second 'if it ain't broke'.

The animations from 2nd OG were fine as is, I'd rather see them put effort into a few new units, plenty of new voice lines, and an interesting plot, than end up with something where they try to fix what ain't broke and you get a game that STILL feels halfassed due to a lack of content. Let's not act like recycling isn't a thing the SRW team hasn't done for years. It's a cost cutting measure, one helped out in recent years by the fact that the attack scenes have gotten so good that there's not much reinvention of the wheel necessary. Banpresto rode the sprites from Alpha 1 (basically the first with anything resembling actual animation) for 3 games, and in turn reused some of the sprites from the last Alpha-era game, SRW Impact, in SRWMX (The sudden reappearance of Ulube in Grand Master Gundam and Devil Gundam comes to mind). The first three Nintendo portable games reused sprites heavily. Most of the shows that returned from SRWJ had reused sprites in W and Suparobo Gakuen, and the GBA-era animations from SEED managed to live on thru SRWL. The Shin Getter sprites from D crop back up in Gakuen as well. And those same animations, in turn, were used up until SRW A Portable, a game that is literally 90% reused assets. Some Impact-era stuff came along for the ride, too--Ez8 and Master Gundam are just slightly touched up versions of sprites from a game that came out 5-6 years prior. Z2, both installments of it, reused a LOAD of sprites from the last game too; the main changes to existing animations were done to the Gundams, who had their proportions reworked (possibly to match Bandai's new line of SD figures that came out 2 or so years later?) and FINALLY had the rights to full-size cutins granted to them by Sunrise/Bandai Visual. Baldios, God Sigma, King Gainer, Gravion Zwei, etc. largely looked the same, which was fine.
