It's because liv emperya ult isn't that spammy, like you can't do 2, 3 ultimates in a row, it takes some time to accumulate energy for that. qu In just 3, 5 seconds you can release the ult

Remember guys that beta characters dont have audio rexlent didnt remove it the audio just doesnt exist yet. I saw some people complaining about where the audio for S watanabe was and some even accusing the people uploading the preview of removing it so im just letting the new guys know that beta = no sound for the new character.
