Police Strategy when the accused or victim is RICH 1. Make the case very complicated 2. Bounce from station to another 3. Involve too many police who are in your NETWORK 4. Give different NARRATIVES at each station 5. Take BIG LUMPSUM to share amongst all police involved 6. Drive the victim out with small money FYI: Sangram Singh, B K Shivaram, B B Ashok Kumar, Abdul Aseem, Bhaava are all very close confidantes B K Shivaram complicates the case.
