সূরা আন নিসা (আরবি: سورة النساء‎, "নারীদের সূরা") হল কুরআনের চতুর্থ সূরা, যার 176টি আয়াত রয়েছে। এই সূরার নামকরণ করা হয়েছে কারণ এটি নারীদের অধিকার ও কর্তব্য, বিবাহ ও তালাক, উত্তরাধিকার এবং অন্যান্য বিষয় সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করে।
এই সূরার ৪র্থ খন্ডে (আয়াত 116-128) আল্লাহ নারী ও পুরুষের মধ্যে সমতা, ন্যায়বিচার ও পারস্পরিক সম্মানের উপর জোর দিয়েছেন। তিনি ঘোষণা করেছেন যে, নারী ও পুরুষ উভয়েরই সৎকর্মের জন্য সমান পুরষ্কার রয়েছে এবং তাদের উভয়েরই পাপের জন্য সমান শাস্তি ভোগ করতে হবে।
এই খন্ডে আল্লাহ আরও বলেছেন যে, নারীদের তাদের স্বামীদের প্রতি অনুগত হওয়া উচিত, তবে তাদের স্বামীদেরও তাদের স্ত্রীদের প্রতি দয়ালু ও ন্যায়সঙ্গত আচরণ করতে হবে। তিনি নারীদের শিক্ষা ও কর্মসংস্থানের
অধিকারও দিয়েছেন।
Surah An Nisa (Arabic: سورة النصا‎‎, "Surah of Women") is the fourth sura of the Qur'an, consisting of 176 verses. This surah is so named because it deals with the rights and duties of women, marriage and divorce, inheritance and other matters.
In the 4th section of this Surah (verses 116-128) Allah emphasizes equality, justice and mutual respect between men and women. He declared that both men and women have equal rewards for good deeds and that both of them must suffer equal punishment for sins.
In this passage Allah also says that women should be loyal to their husbands, but their husbands should also treat their wives with kindness and justice. She is for women's education and employment
